About Me

I am a Mathematician specialized in Statistics and Machine Learning as well as a versatile and skilled Tech Lead and Product Owner with expertise in IT Infrastructure, Systems Development and Data Science. 

I have a solid academic background with a Master of Science in Statistics and Machine Learning from Linköping University and a Degree in Mathematics from UNED Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia in Madrid. 

During my studies, I have focused on advanced courses in Machine Learning, Computer Science, Statistics, Physics and Mathematics, which has given me a strong theoretical foundation for solving complex problems in various disciplines.

My career in Sweden began at SMHI - Swedish Meteorological and Hydrological Institute as a Scientific Programmer, Statistician and Data Scientist, where I had the opportunity to apply my knowledge in Machine Learning and Statistics to develop advanced models in Meteorology. 

I then went on to Qualcomm as a Tech Lead & Product Owner, where I led the development of High-Performance Computing (HPC) Infrastructure. My technical expertise combined with my strategic vision allowed me to successfully develop and execute roadmaps that aligned with business goals while creating a welcoming team atmosphere.

In addition, I have broad experience from my home country Spain, where I have worked as a Business Consultant, Tax Advisor and Accountant. This diverse background has not only given me a unique ability to deal with challenges effectively, but also strengthened my organizational skills.
